For VALORANT Masters Madrid, we helped shape the event’s visual presence across venue, broadcast and live experience.

Building a complete visual world for one of esports’ biggest global events.
For VALORANT Masters Madrid, we led the production and delivery of the event brand across the arena, broadcast environment and wider fan experience.
Over three months, including one month on site in Madrid, we produced and managed more than 1,200 pieces of branded collateral across over 200 locations. The work covered venue graphics, broadcast backdrops, sponsor activations, wayfinding, VIP areas, exterior treatments, scenic elements and stage details.
Working across 14 different materials and a wide range of formats, every application had to feel consistent, precise and unmistakably VALORANT. We worked closely with Riot Games and the wider production team to turn the campaign identity into a fully realised physical environment, built to perform both in the venue and on camera.
The project also included a bespoke trophy reveal created just 48 hours before the grand final. Designed around the butterfly motif of the winning character, the installation transformed a previously static plinth into a kinetic centrepiece, with a surge of sculpted butterflies rising from a galvanised aluminium base.
The result was a cohesive event identity delivered at serious scale, from the first fan touchpoint to the final trophy lift.
