Working with Peng Peng for her debut performance visuals for the Unforgettable Awards in Los Angeles, celebrating Asian American entertainment and performance.
Storytelling through colour
We developed the live visual identity for Peng Peng’s performance at the Unforgettable Awards, creating a tightly art-directed sequence of screen content across the main stage and side displays.
The visual language paired luminous glass textures, abstract florals, refracted forms and bold colour transitions with the pace of the choreography and lighting design. Each section introduced a distinct shift in tone while staying part of one cohesive system.
Taking the year of the Fire Horse as a symbol of speed and authority we created a segment in congruence with the design of Peng Peng's 'Captain' music video.
Together, the visuals created a distinctive performance identity, that set the tone for Peng Peng's reveal to the world in her first broadcast performance.
